Physiosense is owned and operated by Adam Campisano, a registered physiotherapist. Adam was born and raised in Niagara Falls, as were his parents. After attending Queen’s University in Kingston and completing his studies in 2004, Adam immediately returned to Niagara in order to establish his career and give back to the community. He brings more than 20 years of experience to helping people of the Niagara Region. Adam practises primarily out of the Niagara Falls location, although he sometimes sees patients in Fonthill by special request.
Adam is an Advanced Practice Practitioner for the CIAK MSK RAC Low Back program. He has undergone advanced training with the spinal surgeons at Hamilton Health Sciences and is extremely knowledgeable in the assessment and treatment of low back pain. Treating the spine has become a very special area of interest for him. He is regularly involved in the pre-and post-surgical care of spine patients.
Adam serves as team physiotherapist for Team Canada as part of the ISBHF World Ball Hockey Championships and has been part of multiple gold medal wining teams. He has had the fortune of traveling to different countries as part of this experience and will be visiting Prague, Czechia in the summer of 2026, hoping to bring home another gold medal.
Adam has always been active in sports. Baseball and hockey have always been passions of his. He played baseball for the Queen’s University Golden Gaels and continues to play baseball and hockey on a regular basis in the Niagara area. He participates regularly in the Hotel Dieu Shaver Celebrity Ice Cup hockey tournament, a major fundraising event for HDS hospital.
Outside of the clinic, Adam loves to spend time with his wife, children, and dog, striving to live an active, healthy lifestyle.
