Dr. Tanner Gibson was born and raised in Acton, California, and is now practising in the Niagara region. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology from Bethel University in 2020 before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2024. Dr. Tanner is also specially trained through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) to assess golfers for movement limitations and improve golf mechanics and performance.
Dr. Tanner takes a hands-on approach to chiropractic care, combining manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercises to help patients recover from injuries, improve performance, and prevent future issues. He emphasizes individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals, movement patterns, and lifestyle changes to help create lasting results. As a former university athlete, Dr. Tanner especially enjoys treating athletes and active individuals, while also welcoming and caring for patients of all ages and activity levels. With a background in sports chiropractic and a special interest in golf rehabilitation, he enjoys working with a wide range of patients, from athletes to families.
He believes the most rewarding part of chiropractic care is helping people get back to doing the activities they love. Outside the office, Dr. Tanner enjoys playing soccer, golfing, staying active outdoors, and spending time exploring new places with family and friends.
Dr. Tanner provides his services from the Fonthill location of Physiosense, but as his reputation has quickly grown in Niagara, he is steadily seeing patients from the neighbouring communities of Port Colborne, Thorold, St. Catharines, and beyond.
